If we love what we do, love the people with whom we do it, love the reason for doing it, Would we still call it a “WORK” We are giving 50% of the total time and 70% of the effective time to our Work so that we can make our 10% time with family happy.

Despite a very difficult work environment, they have found ways to bring remarkable energy, commitment and creativity to their work. Always try to make light of any given situation with good sense of humor Have fun in anyway possible [appropriate ] Start a Day with Group Cheer or code phrase Do some Team Building exercises Make a Theme & ensure that you have fun Have everyone share their most embarrassing moment . Innovate ways of conducting routine by brainstorming at informal locations

7. MAKE THEIR DAY When you make “someone’s day” through a small act of kindness or unforgettable engagement, you can turn even routine encounters into special memories.

8. MAKE THEIR DAY Always have something happy to say to your co-workers, assistants and even superiors. Each individual is different, treat them as unique persons , accept everyone . Make people feel good by noticing something , even if it is small . Acknowledge people by their first names. Give employees with worst results ways to improve and correct their performance. Congratulate people when they reach goals .

9. BE THERE The glue in our humanity is in being fully present for one another. Being there is also a great way to practice whole - heartedness and fight burnout, because it’s the halfhearted tasks you perform while juggling other things that wear you out.

Take time to work with assistants,Be Kind Try to give your assistants to tell their story Be consciously aware of your co-workers moods and feelings Give people undivided attention Leave personal problems at home and similarly official ones in office .

11. CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE When you look for the worst you will find it everywhere. When you learn you have the power to choose your response to what life brings, you can look for the best and find opportunities you never imagined possible.

12. CHOOSE YOUR ATTITUDE Come in with a smile, be positive & infuse it in your colleagues. How long can you go without criticizing Learn to laugh at yourself, do not be afraid to fail or to be embarrassed. Be excited about what you have to do. Think about positive ideas, then your words will follow and actions too. Remember what’s really important. Do not carry a bad day to the next day – Morning comes after each night.

20. Thank God ! It’s Monday !!! Nothing will happen by constant complaining, grumbling and grudging. Good Environment will not be served to us in a golden platter, we will have to create it and then nurture it . If you decide nothing can be done or changed, then nothing will. We are living in a Pond, It’s our choice to remain in shallow waters or go in deep with learning, knowledge & commitment to face the excitement & the challenges.
