• Personal ethics guide our action.
• Never confuse others with dual personality.
4. 2. Speak up.
• No one can “hear” what you are thinking without
you speaking and standing up for your
persuasions.
• Mind reading is something most people can’t
fathom yet.
• Speak out with convictions.
5. 3. Honour your own word
• Honour your own good word and keep the
promises you make to others.
• If not people will eventually stop believing what
you say.
6. 4. Responsibility & Accountability
• When you ask for more responsibility expect to
be held accountable.
• This is what taking ownership of a task is all
about.
7. 5. Attract Trust
• Don’t expect people to trust you if you are not
willing to be trustworthy.
• Trust is an outcome of fulfilled expectations
from you to others.
8. 6. Be more Productive
• By creating good habits to replace bad ones.
• Good habits corral your energies into a momentum-
building rhythm while bad habits saps energy and drain
you up emotionally.
9. 7. Develop a good work ethic
• Good work ethics are rare today.
• Embrace those “old-fashioned” values like
dependability, timeliness, professionalism and
diligence.
• Be action-oriented.
• Seek to make things work even when others are
not willing.
10. 8. Be interesting
• Read to rejuvenate your mind daily,
• listen to learn from others,
• share everything you know with others but
remember, no one really owe you their
attention, you have to earn it
• keep the attraction going in your favour.

• Be considerate.
• Manners still count a lot in this life.
• A bad attitude is like a flat tyre, you can’t get
anywhere, unless you fix it.
12. 10. Be self-disciplined.
• This is what every accountable adult should
“grow up” to become.
• Self-control is still a priceless virtue in the market
place.
13. 11. Never entertain a victim
mentality
• You always have a choice in every situation, so
make yours with discretion without regret.
14. 12. Be enthusiastic about life.
• Be deliberate in keeping yourself healthy;
• take good care of yourself, because you need
your energy to make a difference.
• Learn to daily exercise your mind, body and
spirit so you become someone people can
count on.

• If you live by these rules, chances are that your
