# 1 People don't care how much you know
until they know how much you care
• Take the focus off of you and make each prospect your
focus.

• You must walk your prospect through a series of steps
and exposures before you can expect them to join.
Very few people will ever just sign up on the spot.

# 3 Never badmouth another rep or company
• It makes the entire industry look bad. Be a
professional at all times.

# 4 It’s better to help your new rep sign up a
new person
• It makes more sense to help your new rep sign up a
new person than for you to go out and sign up
someone new.

would treat your best friend
• Make people feel important and appreciated. Never
take your team for granted or make them feel bad.

business
• Every decision you make should be based on the long-
term benefit to your business.

• You've earned no right to complain, question, or want
to quit if you haven't been with your company at least
two years and done at least 100 presentations.
