Out of all these MLM Compensation Plans, the unilevel
is hands down my favorite. I believe it is the most fair
compensation plan for both the part-timer and heavy
hitter.

I've found that binary and matrix compensation plans
create the WELFARE mentality on your team. It causes
laziness and people expect you to place others on their
team. Plus, these plans are really designed for the full-
timers and heavy hitters. Why? Because you have to
balance legs and meet crazy requirements just to get
paid.

I believe the breakaway plan is also unfair, because
people you help mentor breakaway from you when
they have become successful. It's almost as if you get
penalized for helping people succeed.

no breakage. There is no balancing legs. There is no
spillover. Best of all, the part-timer has a fair chance of
making money.
