5. Mood Board Analysis
Is there any repetition in the images you have collected? Repeated colours/images
styles/fonts/tone/mood
Yes , there are a lot of repeated images , for example they are all related to football. The
styles of images are also repeated a bit as I have a few images of magazines and football
players. The moods shown in the pictures are also repeated in some images as they are all
to do with football however there are very similar images of football players. The colours on
the magazine images are repeated frequently as well as the colours shown to represent the
football teams , for example they may have a red title and an arsenal player on the front.
Also finally the fonts which have been used are all black and bold , this is because it is easier
to recognize the brand or logo.
How will your mood board influence your final product?
My mood board will influence my magazine significantly , this is because I can keep going
back to this and looking at the magazines and could even steal the pugs which are shown
on the magazines. My mood board will also be important as it gives me inspiration and
guidance to what include , for example the players , fonts and colours. Finally this will be
important as I am more if a visual learner so that if I look at a picture I will tend to think of
other ideas for example if I saw a player on my mood board I would think of other players.
