Who Am I? Before I joined Google: Social recruiting pioneer in Israel . I Built the structures and managed the filed of Social recruiting two of the biggest high tech agencies  in Israel. Today I am Sorcer at the Israeli office and keep running and maintaining my social recruiting activities. 2
Recruiting &Marketing Employer Branding- the image of your organization as a ‘great place to work’ in the mind of current employees and key stakeholders in the external market. Personal branding -is the process whereby people and their careers are marked as brands. 3
Marketing Yourself With Social Media  As recruiting and sourcing professionals, we cannot deny the fact that we’re also salespeople, marketers, PR folks ! It’s part of our job – we need to find, attract, and engage our target audience and make them feel that what we have to offer is superior than what our competitors bring to the table. 4
