עשה לך חזון של העסק. נשמע אולי פלצני או ארכאי, אבל זהו זה. אתה יכול לקרוא לזה
מטרה או יעד או כיוון פעולה, אבל הכי פשוט לקרוא לזה חזון. כך פשוט. חזון בהיר
וממוקד מאיר כמו כוכב את חשכת דרכנו, מכוון, מעודד, מאתגר. אגב, אם זה נכון
לגבי המתאמנים שלנו, מדוע נמנע זאת מעצמנו?

היה מקצוען. מקצוענות זה קודם כל אופי ואם נולדת כזה, הרווחת!. הבסיס לכל עסקי

אימון זה עסק. עסק כמו עסק. מתנהל על פי כל הכללים של עסק וזקוק לניהול,
שיווק, תפעול, ניהול כספים וכל השאר. כדי שעסק יהיה עסק עליו להרוויח. זה
משמח כי זה יאפשר את קיומו לאורך זמן, זה אולי מצער כי את הרווח צריך
לחולל, ואתה הוא זה שיעשה את זה. אם אתה זקוק לשכנוע נוסף, אל תתחיל

סבלנות. ואפשר מיד גם להוסיף לכך נחישות והתמדה. אם אינך טייס הליקופטר או צנחן,
קרוב לוודאי שתצטרך לכבוש את פסגת ההר בהליכה. זה יקח זמן, יכאב מדי פעם, יעייף
לעתים קרובות - - אך אין כמו הסיפוק להיות שם!

צבור קילומטרז'.קרוב לוודאי שאתה מוכשר, אולי גם בר-מזל, אך את המיומנות שבמקצוע

תיהנה. קח בקלות, אל תזיע, אל תתעקש לחדור עם הראש היכן שיש קיר בטון, אל
תקפוץ לבריכה בלי מים. תיהנה.ראה את הקריירה האימונית שלך כמשחק של
מבוגרים: מתבוננים, מנסים, זורקים קוביה, מתעקשים, מתרגשים, מפסידים,
מהמרים, מסתכנים, זוכים, משחקים. תיהנה מהמשחק. באופן זה, גם כאשר יהיה
קשה, יהיה קל.
