EU4ALL was a €593k project funded by the EU Framework Programme 6 from 2006-2011 with a total budget of €10m. The project aimed to build an accessible learning framework by developing requirements and typologies for institutional preparedness, a software architecture for personalized content delivery, and implementing a system in Moodle. The Open University tested the framework with 125 people through focus groups, surveys and user trials. The trials helped promote accessibility standards and confirmed the benefits of accessible solutions.
