This document outlines the design of a twisting tower building project located in San Francisco, California. It discusses the site location and restrictions, including seismic zone 4 classification and soft soil requiring deep pile foundations. The schematic design for the 60-floor, 720-foot tall mixed-use tower holding 1.8 million square feet is then presented, including floor plans for corporate office, residential, and core spaces. Exterior facade materials and interior finishes are also specified. Construction methods such as steel bracing and pile foundations are described to support the super tall building.
