1. Equity crowdfunding
across borders
One business raises over €600 000
Our goal was to raise €320 000 in 45
days. It only took us 32 hours.
We decided to extend it and ended
up raising €682 000 within 5 days.
This was overwhelming and now we
want to share this success story.
Crowdfunding is an effective and
a powerful way to raise money.
When other people invest in your
idea because they believe in it -
it makes it more rewarding and mo-tivating.

In March 2014 we decided to
use our own crowdfunding platform
to raise money. The purpose of the
investments was to expand into new
markets and to continue expanding in
the current ones.
What crowdfunding option
suits you best?
We provide three different ways of crowdfunding. We make it easy for investors to invest as little
or as much into great companies whilst simultaneously making it easier for entrepreneurs to
raise money through their friends, family, networks, communities and independent investors.
EQUITY
Funding a company by selling a large number of small shares or equity to investors
who receive shares. Equity crowdfunding investors are entitled to dividends from
future revenues and receive a share of the value when shares are sold.
REWARD
Funding a campaign by garnering the financial support of many small backers who
receive a reward in exchange for early-stage backing. Reward-based crowdfunding
does not reward investors with company ownership
LENDING
Loan crowdfunding lenders are entitled to a yearly interest and, depending on the
company and the terms they offer, may also be entitled share of the company’s profit.
