During Exhibition Setup
 Set up Stall
 Set up Project Representative/Team
 Set up Support Roles
 Do not wait for customer to ask you , reach to them
 Give all the required information
 Give them cost sheet and broacher if they ask
 Do not argue or over talk
 If you do not know pass to concern person
 Must take customer info in information sheet
 Do a small survey of other projects /Stalls
Always look for on spot
booking that measures
the success of your
exhibition

Post Exhibition Setup
 Put all the setup material to office
 Give important customer data to site executive at end of day
 Take care of Customer form
 Put all data in excel sheet and send to respective site
 Follow up will all executive with in there day of exhibition

Some Important Pointers
 Selection of right team is very important prefer exhibition team members
from the respective site
 Give briefing session/Training to each team member before exhibition day
 Make stall as soon as you get stall charge from exhibitors
 Always come half hour before exhibition start timing
 In exhibition only focus on customers
 If required send them to site or let them speak to site manager
 No customer data , No Customer handled
 Follow up .Follow up .Follow up
