2. LAND SURVEY:
Surveying or land surveying is the technique and science of accurately determining
the terrestrial or three-dimensional space position of points and the distances and
angles between them. These points are usually, but not exclusively, associated with
positions on the surface of the Earth, and are often used to establish land maps and
boundaries for ownership or governmental purposes. In order to accomplish their
objective, surveyors use elements of geometry, engineering, trigonometry,
mathematics, physics, and law.
furthermore, as alluded to above, a particular type of surveying known as "land
surveying" (also per ACSM) is the detailed study or inspection, as by gathering
information through observations, measurements in the field, questionnaires, or
research of legal instruments, and data analysis in the support of planning, designing,
and establishing of property boundaries. It involves the re-establishment of cadastral
surveys and land boundaries based on documents of record and historical evidence,
as well as certifying surveys (as required by statute or local ordinance) of subdivision
plats/maps, registered land surveys, judicial surveys, and space delineation. Land
surveying can include associated services such as mapping and related data
accumulation, construction layout surveys, precision measurements of length, angle,
elevation, area, and volume, as well as horizontal and vertical control surveys, and
the analysis and utilization of land survey data.

5. HIGHWAY TOPOGRAPHY PROJECTS:
Last three years we have done almost 1500 km topography survey for M.O.T
projects, in following regions.
1 -Riyadh region - 300 km.
2 -Tabook region – 800km.
3 -Najran region – 45 km.
4 -Jazan region – 50 km.
5 -Damam region – 200 km.
We finish these projects on time with the complete satisfaction of client and get the final
approval from Ministry Of Transportation M.O.T.
BUILDING PROJECTS:
We have done so many building projects inside and outside of Saudi Arabia. Our
professional surveying staff did so many building projects with great accuracy and
performance.
Following are the details.
1 –DAWADMI SEWRAGE TREATMENT PLANT:
We provide survey supervision during the construction of Dawadmi Sewerage
Treatment Plant. Including the building construction related to the plant.
2 –SCHOOL BUILDING IN QASEEM:
We make complete AS BUILT survey and drawings of different sites for schools in
qaseem area. Including contouring maps and leveling network of the site.

6. 3 –KINGDOM TOWER PROJECT:
We work at kingdom tower site during its construction. Our duties were to layout
beams, columns and slabs of some portion of the project.
4 –QASEEM CEMENT PLANT:
We work at Qaseem cement plant during construction of some portion of the plant.
Our duties was to layout foundations, columns and beams. And to provide control for fixing
mechanical devices with great precision.
5 –SABA TOWER DUBAI:
We work on a multi story tower in Dubai. Our duties were to provide complete
survey supervision and control during the construction phase. Our professional staff did
great efforts to complete this project along with the AL HAWARA CONSULTING.
6 –RED CRECENT HEAD OFFICE RIYADH:
We work on the RED CRECENT head office multi story building, during its
construction. Our duties were to supervise the contractor during the layout, stake out,
concreting and finishing work including interior decoration.
7 –EMIRATES PALACE HOTEL Abu Dhabi:
We work on EMIRATES PALACE HOTEL in Abu Dhabi. Our duties were to supervise
the contractor during the construction of the multi story building. Project was consisting of
multi story building, large swimming pole, tennis courts and landscaping all around the hotel
building. Our client was KEO CONSULTING.
AS BUILT PROJECTS:
We have done so many AS BUILT projects for buildings and roads renovation and
modification. Some are the following.
1 –RIYADH ROADS AND INTERSECTIONS PROJECT:
We make around 25 km of road AS BUILT survey in Riyadh city including 10
intersections, 5 bridges and many tunnels. Purpose of the survey work was to get accurate
location and levels of the existing roads for designing purposes.

7. 2 –MAKKAH 3RD
RING ROAD:
We did AS BUILT survey of 3rd
proposed ring road inside Makah city. Our job was to
fix control points throughout the project, then make precise traverse of the control points
and to collect complete survey data of the site including roads, bridges, tunnels, foot paths,
mountains, residential and commercial building. And then to produce 3d model of the area
and contour maps.
3 –DEVA WATER SUPPLY PLANT DUBAI:
We did AS BUILT survey of DEVA water supply plant in Dubai. Project was to collect
as built data of the tanks, roads, pump stations, gate valves and boundary around the plant.
PLOTTING PROJECTS:
We have done lot of projects of plotting in Riyadh and Al kharaj area. We deal with
residential and commercial plotting with great precision and responsibility.
1 –MOKHATUT AL JAWAHRA:
We make plotting for Mukhatut Al Jawahra on old Qaseem road. Our job was to
stake out the corner sticks of the residential and commercial plots and then fix the concrete
blocks on the corners as per the instructions of municipal authorities Riyadh.
2 –AL KHARAJ PROJECT:
We have done a big project in Al Kharaj area. The project was to locate residential
plots and road marking including with the fixture of control points around the area.
RAILWAY PROJECTS:
1 –HARAMAIN RAILWAY PROJECT:
We worked on Haramain railway project in Holy city of Makah as a quality control
team and for the general calibration of control points.
2 –RIYADH DAMMAM RAILWAY TRACK:
We perform Topography of existing railway track of Riyadh-Dammam track to design
service road along with the track.

8. SEWER AND WATER NETWORK:
We have done so many sewer and water network projects, for design study and
planning. Some are following.
1 –RIYADH SEWERAGE SYSTEM:
We work on Riyadh Sewerage System. Our duties were to collect existing survey data
from site for designing and then layout the main holes and sewer line location on the site as
specified by the ministry. In Areja, Swedi, Dar al Baeda and Al Badr areas.
2 –HANIFA TRUNK LINE:
We make route survey for Hanifa trunk line in Riyadh city, for sewer network. And
prepare detailed drawings of the nearby areas.
3 –TABOOK PRESURE LINE:
We make route survey for main pressure lines network in Tabook region, And
prepare Geographic Information System data base for all the project, Including with the
topography of the area selected for pumping stations and well fields.
HIGH TENSION LINE:
We have done so many projects for SCECO. We have professional expertise to
handle projects related to electricity services. Following are the some of our finished
projects.
1 –TABURJAL SKAKA ELECTRIC POLES:
We make design survey for the project and then we stake out 55 km long electric
poles project including with the layout for main grid station. And then we prepare final
detailed drawings of the whole project.
2 -110 KV OHTL MADINA KHABER:
We make topography of mountains for providing clearance between Sag and
ground. Our duties were to layout for excavation and concrete the anchor of the towers and
control the excavation work.

in un covered network area.

11. 1 –Acad LAND DEVELOPMENT 2008:
We use Acad LAND DEVELOPMENT 2009 for processing raw survey data to make
contour and surface modeling, for data management and coding to produce final survey
drawings.
Traverse closing for control points also a valuable function of land development software.
2 –CIVIL 3D:
We use CIVIL 3D 2012 for process surface data in a advance environment for 3d
modeling of surface for highway projects and landscaping projects. It is also used for
superimposed collected survey data on Google Earth surface model for better knowledge of
the project site and the hydrological study of the nearby area.
Arc Info v-10:
We use Arc Info software for preparing G.I.S (geographic info. System) projects, To
register digital satellite images, To attach collected informative data with the vector objects
and to prepare detailed digital maps on regional basis. For producing presentational maps
for design and planning studies.
MAP SOURSE:
We use MAP SOURSE program to register our survey data to required global
projection and to convert the data into different formats as per the requirement of the
client.
GOOGLE EARTH:
We use GOOGLE EARTH PRO program to site analyses for hydrological study and for
route selection for the highway projects.
