monthly invoices. Intercepting & preparation of variations, thoroughly study shop
drawings and as built for final project account statement and final bill of quantities.
Provide advice to the Project Manager on contractual matters Interface with
consultants, project team members for issues related to cost and variations.
Coordinate with Document control section and update Log of Shop Drawings &
Material Submittals daily basis. Prepare and submit Log of pending submittal for
A.D.A on weekly basis. Recheck quantities & monthly invoices with subcontractors for
monthly work completed.
