This document discusses using VIBE and BLENDER magazines as examples for an R&B music magazine the author wants to create. Both magazines focus on the R&B genre. Researching them showed the magazines have consistent color schemes, similar poses and clothing for artists, and common visual features, which will help the author design their own R&B magazine. Studying the background of each magazine will also aid the author in focusing their new magazine.

1. VIBE and BLENDER magazine demonstrate the type of magazine I want to create as
they both focus on R&B genre (which is what I will be basing my magazine on). I have
also noticed that they have particular colour scheme for each magazine, the artists all
look similar ( gestures and clothing) and also have similar features, this is will help me
to know what to include on my magazine. Researching the background of each
magazine will also help me to know what sort of things I need to focus on when I am
creating my R&B magazine.
