1. What have you learned from your
audience feedback?

2. Introduction
Now that I have finished all my ancillary tasks and film
trailer, I now know how helpful my audience feedback
has been on the finalization in my product. This was
because interacting with people on my drafts made me
able to find out what would work best for my target
audience. I also found the best form of feed back I could
have used, both social media and direct interviewers
with audiences.

3. Target audience
My film was aimed at the young male adult as the genre
fitted this; This helped as this was the audience I
needed to produce my final products for so following
what they had to say was extremely helpful. I had taken
two feed back videos for my film with six different
audience members, this helped find the common issues
with the film and also helped learn how to direct both
my poster and magazine cover.

4. My media teacher
My teacher was able to give me critical evaluation
toward my products to improve them to best ability and
was able to help me understand my target audience as
a whole. As my teacher has good experience with the
media business he was also able to show me how to
produce the film in editing layout as to reach the codes
and conventions of my film.

5. Verbal contact/ video
recording
This was my main method of getting feedback for the
film, the reason for this was because I would be able to
look back on the video as reference and evaluate the
audience feedback better other then writing it down in
the interview. This was also good to show
improvements and production through the beginning
and how I changed the format of the film as proof that I
can understand my audience.

6. Social networking
This was a helpful source as it meant that I did not have
to meet anybody which was more time consuming and
was able to reach a wider audience by posting on these
websites (Facebook, Skype). I was also able to use this
as reference as it was the audiences personal writing
that they had done so I was able look back whenever I
made the improvements.

7. Conclusion
In conclusion the audience feed has given extremely
helpful advice during the production for my film trailer,
poster and magazine cover and has given me a better
understanding into why film producers do this and I will
use it a lot more when producing different forms of
media.
