The WordPress community has a huge security challenge on the horizon. Now powering almost 20% of the Internet, WordPress lets us build businesses and lifestyles behind a single password. Protecting one site is hard, but the real challenge is making sure that distributed attacks across WordPress sites don't find unprotected sites to attack. In this talk, Brennen Byrne, the CEO of Clef, discusses the attacks and defenses being established in the new security paradigm and the new strategies being worked on to protect your site from the robot army.

- Un site internet : 8000 visiteurs par mois - http://www.reeducation-perinee.org/
- Une application mobile en prototypage: 100 personnes intéressées mais 20 prêts à payer.

Telecom companies, software companies, and IT firms are all talking about “The Cloud” these days, but what is it really and what does it mean for small business owners? The truth is, most of us are already using the cloud in our daily jobs as marketers and businesspeople, and we don’t even know it. Moving your business from using a few cloud computing tools to embracing it as our primary IT toolkit can have a big impact on our productivity and bottom line.
Trevor Jones and Brad Dormanen from GWI explain the basic concepts of cloud computing and some of the key benefits to Maine small businesses. They’ll explain how cloud computing can save businesses money and give small companies access to software tools previously only available to big companies. Brad and Trevor will also discuss the basic components your business needs to be “cloud ready” and outline some key things to think about when getting started in cloud computing.
Automate Data Scraping and Extraction for WebHelpSystems
The data you use every day comes from so many places: websites, Excel files, PDFs, CSV reports, databases, emails, and more. If you add up all your data-related tasks, like extracting information for reporting and analysis or manual data entry, you’re probably using up a lot of valuable time.
Automate’s data scraping automation capabilities allow you to read, write, and update a wide variety of data sources automatically. In this webinar you'll learn how you can save time and increase the accuracy of your data-driven processes, allowing your employees to focus on more important things like meeting business goals and providing great service.
Your servers, our Cloud, the best service in the industry. RapidScale gives you on-demand capacity with the best infrastructure tools and utilities in the industry.
The goal of CloudServer is to provide a flexible, standardized and virtualized operating environment that allows applications to perform at their peak without downtime. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) abstracts hardware (server, storage and network infrastructure) into a pool of computing, storage and connectivity capabilities that are delivered as services for a usage-based (metered) cost. Leveraging our infrastructure allows you to operate like an enterprise-level organization, no matter what size you are.
With CloudServer, you will also receive the benefits of Disaster Recovery. There are a myriad of ways to lose equipment and data, whether it is fire, theft or malfunctioning sprinklers. RapidScale’s CloudServer houses your data in secure Tier 3, Class 1 data centers that are mirrored and securely backed up. This gives your services the ability to be quickly back on-line and running smoothly in the event of a disaster. Our infrastructure resides in multiple data centers so clients can be assured that their business critical applications and data will be fully redundant in a different data center, making it easier to resume business as usual.
CloudServer has a pay-as-you-go model which allows you to scale up or down depending on your needs. Quickly seize new opportunities and get projects up and running with the scalability of our solution. When it comes to pricey hardware, you can save a lot by using our infrastructure and buying only what you use. With IaaS, eliminate the many negative aspects of IT expansion, especially issues with in-house infrastructure, while still receiving the processing power and storage space that you need to run.
CloudServer is based off of enterprise-class infrastructure at a fraction of the costs with 24x7x365 friendly and reliable support. We care about your business’ uptime objectives and security, which is why RapidScale has worked hard to become a leader in CloudServer. With your applications built into a private cloud environment that includes encryption, firewalls and advanced around-the-clock monitoring, they will remain safe and secure. Operate worry-free, knowing that you always have RapidScale’s support.
With your infrastructure hosted off-site, you free up your IT staff to focus on value-added tasks, such as planning and development, instead of running around patching machines and fixing bugs. Reduce risk, eliminate headaches and save money with CloudServer.

Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.
"Impact of front-end architecture on development cost", Viktor TurskyiFwdays
I have heard many times that architecture is not important for the front-end. Also, many times I have seen how developers implement features on the front-end just following the standard rules for a framework and think that this is enough to successfully launch the project, and then the project fails. How to prevent this and what approach to choose? I have launched dozens of complex projects and during the talk we will analyze which approaches have worked for me and which have not.

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Editor's Notes
Data Center Colocation keeps your company's data safe and available by taking advantage of the reliability, security and power redundancy that has been engineered into the EarthLink Data Center's infrastructure. There are 3 standard Colocation Packages and we can design a customized solution to meet your specific needs.
You may select a fully managed or unmanaged solution.
Network security and reliability is our top priority within our highly secure Data Centers. That's why our Bronze level of management is automatically included in our EarthLink Cloud Hosting and Dedicated Server services plans. You can gain increased levels of support by choosing to upgrade your services to the Silver, Gold or Platinum support packages. Opt for Silver to get 24x7x35 emergency assistance and basic monitoring or opt for Gold or Platinum to rely on our team for more advanced tasks like OS installations, systems patches and reloads.
The four levels of managed support increasingly offloads the burden from your IT team in running your servers and operating systems - giving you greater security and reliability. Let our certified server engineers manage your hardware, OS and IT infrastructure, so you can reduce costs and focus on optimizing your core business
Secure Email assures that your email is protected against both inbound and outbound threats. Our approach to securing your email is flexible, easy to use and cost effective. With powerful anti-spam and anti-virus, Secure Email protects your business systems from email infections. Through an end user control panel, you have administration capabilities to allow only those users you designate to have the appropriate services and features.
The EarthLink Secure Email Suite is offered on a Shared or Dedicated infrastructure with MS Exchange 2010 and Zimbra XWA.
Email Encryption services utilizes a gateway approach that inspects all outbound email to ensure compliance with your defined email privacy policies. The service only encrypts sensitive data and determines the best method for delivering these emails. Email Encryption provides full content scanning of the subject line, content and attachments and the gateway will encrypt, block, or brand outbound emails based on your corporate security policies. We also offer a Secure Message Center Portal enabling encrypted communications with partners and clients that don't support email encryption.
Secure Email Archive is a secure vault providing email preservation for compliance and operational purposes. The email archiving system automatically extracts message contents and attachments from incoming/outgoing emails and after indexing, it stores them in read-only format. This ensures that archived records are maintained in their original state.
Secure File Sharing Portal enables both sender and recipient to push and pull very large documents (up to 800 MB) to and from the site with complete security. Users can specify the duration that their files remain in the portal before the files will be automatically purged from the site.
