- Thanks to the rapid evolution of technology and trends like mobile, cloud and big data, customers experiences are becoming more personalized and engaging, And the more customers get the more their expectations increase… The business must deliver and relies on to IT for the technology needed to meet the ever-increasing demands. IT must constantly evaluate and integrate new technologies into their operations, to keep pace with expectations and to ensure an always on experience. …but what does transformation mean?
- Pain - Disruptions will happen and are costly and damaging to the brand With Zerto, be prepared, before disruptions. Easy to use, test and manage In this slide, mention how we are good at managing disruptions - how are we better at this than others? Used to be hours to test and now can do this any time. Talbots was looking to be able to migrate the Talbots.com website between corporate locations for hardware and network maintenance - Took down talbots.com while they tested the new hardware, recovered with Zerto and started taking new orders from customers within 30 minutes

Good story to tell: KESA, and insurance carrier in the US, moved DR testing and reporting from a full weekend with all hands on deck - to 30 minutes during regular working hours. Now they test DR once a month.
