2. INTRODUCTION
 Symptoms and signs like abnormal
involuntary movements,cramp and
spasm,abnormalities of gait and mobility
etc….
 A tremor is an involuntary, somewhat
rhythmic, muscle contraction and relaxation
involving oscillations or twitching movements
of one or more body parts.

3.  A fasciculation or muscle twitch, is a small,
local, involuntary muscle contraction and
relaxation which may be visible under the
skin.
 Deeper areas can be detected
by electromyography (EMG) testing, though
they can happen in any skeletal muscle in
the body.

4.  Ataxia is a neurological sign consisting of
lack of voluntary coordination of muscle
movements that includes gait abnormality
 Tetany or tetany seizure is a medical
sign consisting of the involuntary contraction
of muscles, which may be caused by disease
or other conditions that increase the action
potential frequency of muscle cells or the
nerves that innervate them.

5.  Meningism, also called meningismus
or pseudomeningitis,is a set of symptoms
similar to those of meningitis but not caused
by meningitis.
 meningism is caused by nonmeningitic
irritation of the meninges, usually associated
with acute febrile illness, especially in
children and adolescents

6.  Torticollis can arise from nonocular (usually
musculoskeletal) and ocular conditions.
Abnormal head position for ocular reasons is
usually assumed in order to maintain
binocularity and/or to optimize visual acuity.
