type), Cryogenic vertical pumps, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps, M.S Absorbers, Cryogenic Storage tanks,
Distillation Columns, Heat exchanger and different types of Control Valves.
 Dismantling / Cleaning and Alignment of Reciprocating Compressors / Pumps with medium & high pressure and
Cryogenic Gas turbines (Make Sichuan Goadeng)
 Studying and implementation according to isometric Drawings for different pipe lines & equipments.
 Material loading and unloading activities at site.
 Material handling at site.
 Supervision of C.S / S.S & Al pipelines fabrication and erection with proper safety procedure.
 Pressure testing of Heat Exchangers and cryogenic distillation columns.
 Preparation of protocols for different pipeline & equipments.
 Preparation of erection reports and daily progress report.
 Preparing progress report on the status of project(s).
 Safety representative for maintaining related safety records.
Commissioning Experience:
 Experience in pre-commissioning activity of ASU (Blowing, Pr. Test, Cold Test, De-frosting).
 Filling DCAC & WNCT with POLYPROPELENE rings.

2.  Leak test and Pressure testing of all the C.S / S.S / Al pipelines, Storage Tanks.
 Pre-cleaning of Absorbers.
 Adsorber filling with Alumina / Molecular sieve.
 Performed pre-commissioning & commissioning planning.
 Commissioning of Centrifugal three stage main Air Compressors, Reciprocating – Oxygen and Nitrogen Compressors.
 Commissioning of Air Pre-cooling, Purification Area and Refrigeration Unit (HITACHI).

Operations & Maintenance:
 Coordinating with Operations Manager and other Process Engineers for Smooth Operation.
 Experience in Troubleshooting & critical maintenance of Centrifugal compressor (Atlas Copco / Ingersoll Rand),
Reciprocating compressor, and Expansion Turbine and Water pumps.
 Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application
of trouble shooting tools.
 To evaluate equipment performance problems and to suggest modification / available new technology to reduce
overall maintenance cost.
 Monitoring completion of job assignments through frequent field observation and inspections to ensure compliance
with company’s standards.
 Planning for preventive, predictive, B/d & Planned maintenance schedule to reduce down time.
 Preparing PM Schedules for all Equipment and Ensures that Preventive Maintenance is in Place and Implemented.
 To monitor and ensure that the shutdown maintenance jobs are carried out within the scheduled time frame.
 Preparing CBM report & direct and participate in performing Condition Monitoring of Rotating equipment and advice
on the maintenance schedule based on the analysis.
 Monitoring Process Parameters and Control within Defined Limits and taking the Necessary Corrective Action in
Case of Emergencies or Equipment Breakdown to ensure the uninterrupted Operation.Analyzing Breakdowns and
Working to achieve Zero Breakdowns.
 Assessing root causes and remedies.
 Talking to Vendors and purchasing Mechanical Spare parts.
 Managing all budget preparation and cost control.
 Maintains the Highest Standard level of Safety and the Housekeeping around the Plant.
 Safety & Quality policy implementation on day to day activity.
 Planning, scheduling and execution of shutdown and major overhaul maintenance activities
 Troubleshooting problem by co-ordination with other departments like Instrumentation, Electrical and Utility.
 Maintaining stores of critical parts, to prepare the list of spares, tools and other material required for the
maintenance jobs and issue the Purchase/Material requisitions for the Section Head approval.
 Preparing Work instructions.
 To conduct Toolbox meetings with subordinates for discussing safety and methods of completing job tasks.

aids.
 Implementation of 5S & HIRA at work atmosphere.
