The personal pronouns (= los pronombres personales) have one
main goal which is to play the role of the subject in a sentence.
Remember that the subject in a sentence is the person or thing that
carries out the action of a verb.
We have to be careful because in English the pronoun is always
present in the sentence, situation that is different in Spanish where
we do not need to put the personal pronoun to identify the subject.
