Magaritha Weich has extensive experience in Organisational Change Management, HR, IR, Training,
Change resilience coaching and development and the integration of these into a critical Change
path customized per project. This includes, but is not limited to the integrated development and
facilitation of train-the trainer HR/IR briefing packs, Training Material Design and Training Delivery,
Workshop Facilitation, Training Project Management and Proposal writing both in the Public and
the Private Sector. Within these areas she is excellent at bringing together the different role
players, including HR, IR, Project owners, Business owners and Sponsors. She managed all these
aspects of the change management stream for many large scale IT systems Implementations.
She presents with an in-depth understanding of individual dynamics at interplay with organizational
change. She integrates and utilize her Clinical and Industrial Psychological background as an
Organizational Change consultant and facilitator.
She has a passion for people to be well-adjusted in the workplace, balanced with business delivery.
Her 16 years’ experience in the organisational change management arena, coupled with her
professionalism, deep organisational and in-depth people skills make her an excellent principal
consultant. Her problem-solving abilities are complemented by advanced analytical skills which
enable her to ensure that the OCM initiatives are focussed on achieving true business value. Her deep
