HR-Specialist at Coop Sverige Affärstöd AB
Coop is on 700 sites in Sweden and my role is based on a central HR
function work with management support and individual coaching to
managers within the Coop stores. Responsible for occupational safety
and health. Development of an interactive Web-based training for
managers in occupational health. Project Manager for analysis and use
of existing agreements on occupational health.
HR-Business Partner at Coop Logistic AB, Terminal in Bro
The largest terminal with 800 employees, of which 600 collective and
40 managers. Responsible for all HR processes within the Terminal.
Member of the management team. Comprehensive cultural and change
management at the Terminal. Resulted in a range of leadership
development programs and training for managers. Development of
gender equality plan and diversity plan. Project managers for new
recruitment process for recruitment of summer temp (200 people) to
the Terminal.

consultancy, support to managers, and management training.

Bohlin & Strömberg worked with headhunting, selection and job assessment
evaluation. My assignments during this time included both headhunting, and
selection procedures.
Aug1999 - jan 2001 Human Resources Manager at Saab TechSystems AB.
Saab TechSystems AB is a high-tech company within the Saab corporation
and develops products for the navy, land and air defence. Number of
employees at this time was 650 in Sweden,150 in Australia with a turnover
of 1.000 MKR. My responsibility was for human resources department
including three human resources assistants. As a HR manager I was a
member of the executive committee for Saab TechSystems AB reporting
directly to MD.
My main task was to find ways to decrease the personnel turnover among our
development engineers, and implementation of a numbers of HR processes
such as personnel philosophy, salary policy, bonus etc. Large amount of my
time was consumed to re-engineer organisational changes within SAAB
TechSystems.
Jan1998 - aug 1999 Human Resources Manager at AU-System Invest AB.
AU-System one of the leading consultant company within Telecom and data
communication..
Number of employees at this time was 450 and the turnover 500 MKR.
AU-System was a succesfuland growing company, and the number of
employees increased with 120 people, 1998. I had the responsibility for the
HR within the AU-System group included four subsideries. I was a member
of the executive committee for AU-System group reporting directly to CEO.
At this time AU-System had offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Lund, London,
Dallas and Hong Kong.

4. Sept1994-jan1998 Director of Human Resources at KPA.
The insurance company KPA administrates pensions, insurances and capital
for the public sector. Number of employees at the time was 250. I was
responsible for human resources department with two HR assistants. In 1994
KPA went through a restructuring program becoming KPA Ltd.
In the capacity of being HR Director at KPA Ltd. I was a member of the
executive committee reporting directly to MD. My area of responsibility
