Introduction
 Grooming : It is the art of self-
presentation and is the sum total
of person’s appearance and his
attitude as well as projection of
his/her personality.

Grooming thus consists of two aspects:
Meta-physical physical
Poised , elegant,
confident, and
easy going.
Skin , hair ,
hygiene , attire ,
make-up ,
etiquette.

Epidermis:-
 protects the skin.
 provides skin the color(melanin)
 makes new skin cells.
Dermis:-
 sweat glands are present.
 nerves are present.
 root of hair is present.
 oil glands are present.
 blood vessels are present.
Hypodermis:-
 sorts fat.
 controls the body temperature.
Attaches the dermis to the muscles and
bones.

My skin type & care
 my skin type is combination.
 I wash my face twice in a day with face wash , cleanser
and toner .
 I use rose petals facial skin toner.
 my cleanser is for all type of skin.
 I use moisturizer and sunscreen before makeup.
 I also use moisturizer after coming from out. After
washing my face.
 I use makeup remover . After using makeup remover I
use cleanser and toner .

My Hair Type & Care
I have a dry hair.
 I use shampoo. I mixed shampoo with
water .
 before bath I do oiling in my hair .
 I use conditioner twice in a weak.
 I brushed my hair after bath when my hair
are all dry.
 I dry my hair naturally.
 I also apply lemon sometime.

Home made hair packs
Potato Hair Pack for Hair Loss:-
Peel one large potato and grate it. Squeeze juice
from the grated potato into a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp
aloe Vera gel and 2 tbsp honey to this. Mix well
this all the honey dissolves into the solution.
Massage onto hair roots for a few minutes. Cover
head with a shower cap and towel. Leave on for 2
hours and then wash off with warm water. Use the
mask twice weekly.
Milk and honey pack
In a glass of milk, add 1 tablespoon of honey, and
mix well. Gently massage your hair, from the root
to the tip. Leave on for 20-25 minutes and then
shampoo your hair with lukewarm water.
Raw milk, packed with vital nutrients, proteins
and calcium, is a natural treasure trove. When
applied with honey, this mixture works wonders
for the hair.

Shirt:-Shirt should be Terri cotton’s
fabric. Color must be lighter e.g. white ,
blue, etc.
 tie:-length of the tie must be touch
to the belt and make two knots in tie.
 watch:- Watch's belt color black,
brown. Dial color is white.
 belt:-must have square buckle with
needle. Color should be same as shoe
color.
 trouser:-black ,navy blue . Or any
color with front pleats.
 Socks:-color of socks should match
color of trouser.
 shoes:-should be same color and
material as belt.
 blazer:-2-3 buttons in center. Color
& material same as trouser. 1 cut in

 Hair:-neatly comb and neatly gelled
thin net is mandatory.
 earrings & necklace:-only pearl
earrings.
 shirt:-shirt fabric is Terri cotton ,
plane shirt.
 skirt:-2 inches above the knees. Not
to short or long.
 blazer:-same color as skirt.
 shoes:-pointed heels 2 to 2.5 inches ,
not shiny.
 ring:-real gold ,silver, diamond , etc.
Only one ring in one hand means only
two rings.
 nail polish:-mandatory pearl white
or shall pink.
 watches:-silver white, gold, black.
Dial smaller than Wrist.

Personal hygiene
Use mouth wash.
 use tough cleaner for clean tough.
 gargle after eating snacks or lunch.
 use Deodorant or perfume before
going out. Apply perfume on body
not on cloths for long fragrance.
 doing manicure and pedicure for
clean nails and hands.
 also doing waxing for girls and
shave for boys.
 bath 2 times in a day.
 not use others toiletries and don’t
share own .

Conclusion
It is quit difficult to conclude from my side. I’m a
learner, what I have experienced in learning, only I
can share my happiness with the experiments
practiced with self participation. I once again like to
thanks my grooming teacher, Mrs. Sneha Kumari who
helped me to be well grooming and also helped me in
preparing this project.

After washing my face.  I use makeup remover . After using makeup remover I use cleanser and toner .

  • 14. 14 My Hair Type & Care I have a dry hair.  I use shampoo. I mixed shampoo with water .  before bath I do oiling in my hair .  I use conditioner twice in a weak.  I brushed my hair after bath when my hair are all dry.  I dry my hair naturally.  I also apply lemon sometime.
  • 15. 15 Home made hair packs Potato Hair Pack for Hair Loss:- Peel one large potato and grate it. Squeeze juice from the grated potato into a bowl. Mix 2 tbsp aloe Vera gel and 2 tbsp honey to this. Mix well this all the honey dissolves into the solution. Massage onto hair roots for a few minutes. Cover head with a shower cap and towel. Leave on for 2 hours and then wash off with warm water. Use the mask twice weekly. Milk and honey pack In a glass of milk, add 1 tablespoon of honey, and mix well. Gently massage your hair, from the root to the tip. Leave on for 20-25 minutes and then shampoo your hair with lukewarm water. Raw milk, packed with vital nutrients, proteins and calcium, is a natural treasure trove. When applied with honey, this mixture works wonders for the hair.

Dial color is white.  belt:-must have square buckle with needle. Color should be same as shoe color.  trouser:-black ,navy blue . Or any color with front pleats.  Socks:-color of socks should match color of trouser.  shoes:-should be same color and material as belt.  blazer:-2-3 buttons in center. Not to short or long.  blazer:-same color as skirt.  shoes:-pointed heels 2 to 2.5 inches , not shiny.  ring:-real gold ,silver, diamond , etc. Only one ring in one hand means only two rings.  nail polish:-mandatory pearl white or shall pink.  watches:-silver white, gold, black. Dial smaller than Wrist.

Apply perfume on body not on cloths for long fragrance.  doing manicure and pedicure for clean nails and hands.  also doing waxing for girls and shave for boys.  bath 2 times in a day.  not use others toiletries and don’t share own .

I’m a learner, what I have experienced in learning, only I can share my happiness with the experiments practiced with self participation.
