Patience</li></li></ul><li>Pleasing personality:-<br /><ul><li>It is something about the person who had good features, inner beauty and a charm which means a pleasing personality.</li></ul>Supreme confidence:-<br /><ul><li>Confidence is somewhat about this that a person thinks that he is just better in some work than any other.</li></li></ul><li>Correct body posture:-<br /><ul><li>A person body language is the graph of its personality.

Grooming affects the factors like wearing formal clothes, make-up’s, physical fitness and personal hygiene.</li></ul>Positive attitude:-<br /><ul><li>It is something about thinking all the problems and mistakes as positively and further thinking to avoid such mistakes.</li></li></ul><li>Time manager:-<br /><ul><li>It is saying that if you value time, time will value you.

  22. 22. Our timing and punctuality is very important.</li></ul>Humble:-<br />A person who is working in the hospitality industry must be very humble as heshe has to constantly deal with guests and has to make sure that every guest that heshe deals with feels comfortable in hisher presence.<br />
  23. 23. Physically fit:-<br />Itis very important for a person to be physically fit to cope up with such tight schedules and at the same time to put in his/her best performance.<br />Patience:-<br />A person who is working in the hospitality industry has to be patient at all times. <br />
  24. 24. PERSONAL GROOMING TREATMENT<br /><ul><li>First I wash up my face with cold water in morning.
  25. 25. And then I have warm water with lime and honey.
  26. 26. I go for a walk for half an hour.
  27. 27. And I go to fitness club also for one hour.
  28. 28. After coming from a walk and fitness club, I brush my teeth, do shave, and take bath.
  29. 29. After taking my bath I have my breakfast which is suitable for my diet.
  30. 30. Then I get ready to come in Frankfinn and after leaving from Frankfinn I go home and have lunch which is suitable for my diet.
  31. 31. Then in evening I have some snacks at home.
  32. 32. After having my dinner by 9 pm then I go for a small walk.
  33. 33. After coming from walk I do my exercise for 15mins.
  34. 34. Before going off to sleep I brush my teeth and take bath.
  35. 35. Once in week I apply face pack and bleach, cut my nails also.</li></li></ul><li>TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN CONDITION OF SKIN<br /><ul><li>Basic skin types are :-</li></ul>Normal skin<br />Dry skin<br />Oily skin<br />Combination skin <br />
  36. 36. NORMAL SKIN<br /><ul><li>Normal skin has an even tone , soft , a smooth texture , non-visible pores or blemishes.
  37. 37. This type of skin has a clear , fine textures , supple and smooth surface which is neither greasy nor dry.</li></li></ul><li>DRY SKIN<br /><ul><li>Dry skin has a low-level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity.
  38. 38. It usually feels “ tight “ and uncomfortable after washing unless some type of moisturizer is applied to it.
  39. 39. Chapping and cracking are signs of extremely dry , dehydrated skin. </li></li></ul><li>OILY SKIN<br /><ul><li>Oily skin is shiny , thick and dull colored .
  40. 40. It is prone to blackheads.
  41. 41. In this type of skin the oil producing glands are over active and produce more oil than is needed.</li></li></ul><li>COMBINATION SKIN<br /><ul><li>A combination skin is a thin nor fine-texture skin.
  42. 42. It reacts quickly to both heat and cold.
  43. 43. It is commonly dry , delicate and prone to allergic reaction.</li></li></ul><li>MY SKIN TYPE<br />My Skin Type:-<br /><ul><li>I have an oily skin.
  44. 44. My skin is shiny and thick due to oily skin.
  45. 45. I have an occasional acne and black heads.
  46. 46. For my type I apply cleansing milk with plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged.
  47. 47. Half an hour before taking bath I apply half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber juice mixed together on my face.</li></li></ul><li>REGULARLY SHAVING<br />The shaving procedure is also one of the most important and most men adhere to this most regularly. Shaving gels, creams, after-shave lotions are very important skin care solutions for men. Shaving equipments and solutions to remedies form an important part of professional skin care for men. Products should be selected keeping in mind the skin-type of the man. Good quality razor should be used for shaving to avoid scarring and cutting. Razors should be used gently and not forced onto the skin to avoid being scratched. Use After-shave solutions after every shave.<br />
  48. 48. HOMEMADE FACE PACK FOR SKIN<br /><ul><li>Take aloe Vera & apply the pulp directly to your face and wash with water. After that apply Sunscreen lotion.
  49. 49. Multani matti, Aloe Vera pulp, sandalwood powder, orange juice or Lemon juice, Rose water. Mix all this things and make past. Apply on face, let it dry. </li></li></ul><li>PRODUCT FOR SKIN<br />

  52. 52. Normal hair holds its style and looks most of the time.</li></li></ul><li>OILY HAIR<br /><ul><li>Oily hair is very greasy which accumulate oil on your hair and scalp.
  53. 53. Oily hair basically looks very sticky.
  54. 54. Hair looks unattractive and it can develop an offensive smell.</li></li></ul><li>DRY HAIR<br /><ul><li>Dry hair doesn’t have enough moisture and oil to maintain its normal texture.
  55. 55. Dry hairs are basically very rough textured.
  56. 56. Very difficult to comb.
  57. 57. Those with curly hair textures usually have dry hair.

  65. 65. I also use a deep conditioner at least once a week.

  67. 67. I don’t use comb in wet hair.</li></li></ul><li>HOMEMADE PACK FOR HAIR<br /><ul><li>Take Mahanadi powder, put one Egg, put Tea water, put coffee, and put a spoon of Triphala powder, if you have dandruff add Lemon in it. Apply it for one hour.
  68. 68. Take methi seeds, soak them over night, make Paste apply on hair, make it dry, then wash it.
  69. 69. Take Dahi and sugar, add one smashed Banana. Mixed it properly and apply it.</li></li></ul><li>PRODUCT FOR HAIR<br />

  80. 80. Its indicating my weight is in the obese category for adults of my height. Consider the benefits of achieving a healthy weight – a reduced risk of health conditions.</li></li></ul><li>TYPE OF EXCERCISES<br /><ul><li>Walking: - On the toe, 30 minutes a day to lose weight.
  81. 81. Cycling: - Do cycling every evening to lose weight.
  82. 82. Yoga: - This helps me to reduce my excessive fat present on my stomach.
  83. 83. Aerobics.
  84. 84. Jogging for 15 mins.
  85. 85. Stretching exercises.</li></li></ul><li>FOCUS AREAS/ESTIMATED TIME SPAN<br /><ul><li>I want to decrease my weight by 12 Kgs and want to tone my stomach and extra fat from my body.
  86. 86. I want to absorb the fat from stomach portion.
  87. 87. Do cycling and exercises to reduce weight.
  88. 88. Proper diet is also needed to reduce my weight.
  89. 89. Junk foods and soft drinks should be avoided to reduce my weight.

  91. 91. I will decrease my weight with a estimated time span of 4 to 5 months on the basis of 1 to 2 kgs every month.
