4. INTRODUCTION OF GROOMING
Grooming is very important for creating
good image.
For enhancement of outer appearance.
Important in facing the interview.
It is the theme of professional
personality.
Further it is very important in our career
like aviation and hospitality field.
5. Personal qualities required for
working in aviation and hospitality
industry:-
Pleasing personality.
Self confidence.
Correct body posture.
Communications skills.
Good grooming.
Positive attitudes.
Time manager.
6. Personal grooming treatment
• First I wash up my face with cold water in morning.
• Then i brush my teeth and take a bath.
• After my bath I apply sun screen and Moisturizer to my face.
• After that I have my breakfast which is suitable for my diet.
• Then I get ready for my college.
• Then in after noon I come to frankfinn and after leaving from
frankfinn I go home and have some snacks at home.
• After having my dinner by 9 pm. Then I go for small walk.
• Before going to bed I brush my teeth and apply cleaner, tonner and
moisturizer and let my skin breath while I am asleep.
• I also apply home made face pack twice a week.

Normal skin
Dry skin
Oily skin
Combination skin
8. Normal skin has an even tone, soft, a
smooth texture. non visible pores or
blemishes.
This type of skin has a clear, fine
texture. supple and smooth surface
which is neither greasy nor dry.
9. Dry skin
Dry skin has a low level of sebum
and can be prone to sensitivity.
It usually feels “tight” and
uncomfortable after washing unless
some type of moisturizer is applied
to it.
Chapping and cracking are sign of
extremely dry and dehydrated skin.
10. Oily skin
Oily skin is shiny, thick and
dull colour.
It is prone to blackheads.
In this type of skin the oil
producing glands are over
active and produce more oil
than is needed.
11. COMBINATION SKIN
A combination skin is a
thin nor fine-texture
skin.
It reacts quickly to both
heat and cold.
It is commonly dry,
delicate and prone to
allergic reaction.
12. MY SKIN TYPE
I have a normal skin.
Normal skin is velvety, with small pores,
and no visible acne.
My skin is neither dry nor oily.
My skin has even tone
I have a clear face.
So I would treat my skin naturally.
And my daily routine for my skin is
cleansing, toning and moisturizing .
To maintain-a proper balanced diet and
proper care is essential.

Normal hair is neither greasy
nor dry.
Normal hair holds its style and
look most of the time.
15. DRY HAIR
Dry hair don’t have enough
moisture and oil to maintain its
normal texture.
Dry hair are basically very
rough textured.
Very difficult to comb.
16. OILY HAIR
• Oily hair are very greasy
which accumulate oil on
your hair and scalp.
• Oily hair basically looks
very sticky.
17. COMBINATION HAIR
Combination hair are neither
greasy nor dry.
It looks like normal hair.
Overly porous.
Difficult to comb in wet hair and
dry hair.
18. MY HAIR TYPE
I have a combination hair.
Combination is normal and dry .
A good hair cut is very important for
control combination hair.
I don’t use comb in wet hair.
I use shampoo alternative day.
19. TECHNIQUES TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN
CONDITION OF HAIR
Clarify shampoo to the oily scalp.
Avoid brushing in wet hair.
Try hair packs that are natural .
Condition your hair regularly.
To have a good hair healthy balanced diet is
important.
Massaging helps to improve the blood
circulation in the scalp.

estimated time span of 3 to 8 month.
I will follow suitable diet chart to gain
my 2 kg weight.
