For each of your productions you will need to complete
some pre-production planning. For each product you should
complete the relevant creative elements:
AUDIO-VISUAL
• Storyboard
• Script (completed on Writer Duet in the correct
format)
DIGITAL PRINT
• Flatplan sketches of design ideas
AUDIO
• Script/Notes for discussion
These should be screen captured and added to your Google
Site with some brief notes explaining what they are.

Planning
Ensure you have accessed the relevant forms from TEAMS & TUTOR GOOGLE SITE
and downloaded them. Complete the forms, and ensure you are including images
of these on your Google Site with a short description of why they are needed.

• What equipment is required (hardware, software, props, costume) and
where will you obtain it?
• Cast and Crew List
• Who will be involved in your production and in what capacity?
• Contributor Release
• Do you have written permission from those that will appear in your
productions?
• Location Scouting
• Have you effectively scouted out suitable potential locations and
assessed them for suitability?
• Location Release
• Have you obtained the relevant permissions to shoot in areas?
• Risk Assessment
• Have you considered any potential risks associated with any of your
shoot and considered plans to mitigate these? Is your production safe?
• Shooting Schedule
• Have you planned out your shooting days realistically and organised
which locations, equipment and crew will be used at any given time? Is
your time scale appropriate and achievable?
