2. JOB DISCRIPTION
1- Determine of active ingredient like : alkaloid, Saponin, Tannin, Bitter, curcumin,
boswellic acid, gymnemic acid, glycirhizinic acid, HCA, calcium sennosides,
withanolides, fulvic acid, Flavones, etc which are present in testing herbal extract.
2- Analysis of all general testing like solubility , ash content, LOD , PH ,Acid insoluble
ash, Bulk Density, Assay by Titration and Gravity as per reference Indian
pharmacopeia book and botanical standardization book .
3- Experience on spray dryer food, fruits, vegetable , Gum powder, herbal extract
batch manufacturing product .
4- Preparation of PG & Soft Extract & Dry Extract Product.
5- Manufacturing herbal extract product such as Boswelia -(60-70%), Garcinia – 60-
65% (ca salt), Garcinia – 50% (WS), Centella, Bacopa , Curcumin – 95% , Gokharu
40%-70%, Gymnema – 25%,75%, , Macuna 10%, Guggel 2.5%, Makoi, Tulsi
2.5% , Karela 15% , Morinda (Noni), Methi 40%, Ashwagandha 2.5% ,Safed musli
