• currently working in VRS FOODS LID(SAHIBABAD) as Quality Control
Executive(JAN 2016 to present date)
• Having 2 year experience in JM.Envirolab Pvt.Ltd (NABL certified lab) as a
MICROBIOLOGIST as well as chemical tester.(nov 2013-dec 2015)
• Having one year experience in PARAG DAIRY-NOIDA as a MICROBIOLOGIST
as well as Chemical Tester.(september 2012-october 2013)
JOB Responsibility:
• Responsible for Microbial testing of raw material and processed food material such as
water, raw milk, pasteurized milk, ghee, curd. Fruit juice, snacks etc test such as
coliform, plate count etc
• Chemical test of all above products like ph, acidity, salt, sugar etc
• Conduct Moisture, protein, ash content in cereal, bread, butter, pulse etc
• Perform air count test of microbial section To provide inputs, support in maintaining
plant hygiene. Monitoring process involved in production dept.
• Calibrate and handling machine like ph, weighing balance, laminar air flow, BOD
incubator, autoclave. Microscope.
• Conduct test in ETP(effluent treatment section) such as cod, bod, oil and Grease, ph,
hardness etc
• Responsible for various audit as well as compliance like HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO
9000:2005, NABL. Maintain SOP.
