13. Epithelial cells
 Squamous epithelial cells
These cells are flattened, found on skin and lines some
structures inside the body. This type of epithelium is
often permeable and occurs where small molecules need
to pass quickly through membranes via filtration or
diffusion.
 Ciliated epithelial cells
These have cilia and line the respiratory
tract structures and oviducts.
