Production Coordinator
Manage day to day operations of the productions department and maintain supply chain flow to major
distribution centers. Maintain raw materials inventories at production facilities (Arizona, Ohio, Connecticut)
and warehouses using SAP and Excel spreadsheets. Set-up Bill of Materials in SAP computer system; create
and manage Item Master in SAP for part numbers.
Production
Plan manufacturing schedules to efficiently utilize facilities for four facilities. Ensure finished goods and work-
in-process availability. Forecast requirements and schedule production to meet requirements; perform
system maintenance and updates to insure database integrity for planning fields and files.
• Arrange movement of finished goods; stay in continual contact with production plants and warehouses.

Purchasing

• Process purchase orders for raw materials for both plants and warehouses.
• Communicate with all vendors regarding purchasing, availability, cost, and delivery time, along with
seeking credit for damaged materials.
• Receive in purchase order, and confirm correct quantities.
• Contact vendors regarding invoice problems, changes, and payable issues.
