  • 2.  India’s largest privately owned business group.  Founder :Jamsedji Tata.  Sixth largest steel maker in the world.  There revenue was equivalent to 3.2% of India's GDP.  Recently acquired JAGUAR and LAND ROVER .  57th among top 100 brands in the world .  Tata brand name and functioned as a group management company.
  • 3.  TATA POWER COMPANY( tpc ) started in 1919 belongs to tata groups .  Founder :Jamsedji Tata.  Vice president of human resources of tata company is Dr.Gobind Bagasingh.  Headquarters was in Mumbai and employed 3430 people.  Revenue : Rs44.73 billion.  Working areas: electronic equipment, broadband services, project consultancy ,power segment . . *
