Editor's Notes
Sign-in frequency controls how often users get prompted to sign in. Sign-in frequency can be set from 1 hour to 365 days.
Persistent browser session controls when users can remain signed in after closing . The two settings are “always persist”, or “never persist”. In both cases, you’ll be making the decision on behalf of all of your users and they will no longer see the “Stay signed in?” prompt.

Get someone’s attention with @-less mentions
Hey you! Sometimes we need to call out our teammates by name, to alert them to important information, to ask them a question, or to give them recognition. Now you can simply start typing a person’s name (starting with a capital letter) and select the right contact form the list of suggestions to tag them by name. They will receive a notification, which they can click to go directly to the point in the conversation where they were mentioned.

Share system audio in a Teams meeting
Sharing your system audio lets you stream your computer audio to meeting participants through Teams. You can use it to play a video or audio clip as part of a presentation.

Set the priority of your message
Need to get someone's attention? Mark your message as Important. This will place a red exclamation point in the message and in the activity feed.
Is it really important? Set it as Urgent. This will alert the recipient every two minutes for twenty minutes, or until they read the message, whichever comes first. To change the priority, select ! under your compose box.
All your meeting controls in one place
Everything you need in a meeting now resides in the control bar. You'll find your meeting chat and participants have moved here. And full screen, notes, settings, and meeting details are now in More options . Check out the image below to find your way around the new control bar.
Use the Network Planner for Microsoft Teams
Network Planner is a new tool that is available in the Teams admin center. It can be found by going to Org-wide settings > Network planner. In just a few steps, the Network Planner can help you determine and organize network requirements for connecting Microsoft Teams users across your organization. When you provide your network details and Teams usage, the Network Planner calculates your network requirements for deploying Teams and cloud voice across your organization’s physical locations
