Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
อยู่ในกลุ่ม Microsoft Power Platform เช่นเดียวกับ
Power Apps, Power BI และ Power Virtual Agents
มีความสามารถในการงานเชื่อมโยงกับ Application,
Service และ API ต่างๆ เพื่อควบคุม สั่งการ
ตามกระบวนการที่กาหนด ตามช่วงเวลาที่ต้องการ ได้
• Power Automate สามารถควบคุมสั่งการ Application ต่าง ๆ หรือ บริการ (Service) ต่าง ๆ ได้
มากมาย โดย มี Template ให้เลือกมากมาย โดยที่ผู้สร้าง Workflow ไม่จาเป็นต้องมีความรู้ในการ
เขียนโปรแกรมมาก่อน ก็สามารถจะพัฒนา Workflow เพื่อการทางานได้ จึงเหมาะมากสาหรับผู้ที่เข้าใจ

22. การสร้าง Dashboard ด้วย Power BI
• Dashboard กับ Report ใน Power BI มีความแตกต่างกัน
โดยปกติการเริ่มต้นสร้างการสรุปผลข้อมูลนั้น เราจะได้สิ่งที่เรียกว่า “Report” ซึ่งอาจจะมีหลายๆ
Page ก็ตามแต่ ซึ่งในองค์กรของเรา เราอาจจะมีผู้ที่ดูแล/สรุปผลข้อมูลต่างๆ ในด้านที่ตนเองดูแลหรือ
รับผิดชอบ แต่เราสามารถดึงเอาส่วนที่เราสนใจในแต่ละ Report มาทาการสร้าง “Dashboard” ได้
• Dashboard ใน Power BI ต่างจากการสร้าง Report เพราะ Dashboard มีสามารถนาเอารายงาน
ต่างๆ มาสรุปร่วมกันใน 1 หน้าจอ เช่น ดึงเอาบางกราฟจาก Sales Report, Production Report,
Inventory Report, Promotion Report มาเพื่อสร้างเป็น “Dashboard” และความสามารถที่
Dashboard สามารถทาได้แต่ Report ทาไม่ได้ คือ การดึงข้อมูลที่เป็น Streaming เช่น Power BI
Dataset เพื่อนามาสร้างเป็น Realtime Dashboard เพื่อการวิเคราะห์แบบ Realtime Analytic ได้อีก
ด้วย
