5. Keyboard
The keyboard was used to type up all the written content of
my products and other tasks.

6. Mouse
The mouse was used to navigate the curser across the
screen to click on various website links or to drag images
onto photoshop and using tools such as the magnetic lasso
tool to cut out images.

8. Horseshoe Flash Trigger
Infra red signal sent to Strobe flash –triggers the flash in
sync with the camera shutter
(speed set to 1/300th sec to match strobe speeds)

9. Hemisphere 300 –Strobe flash
Dial on back adjusts output – modeling light on.
Auxiliary lights set to slave (triggered in-sync with by built in
light sensor)

10. Soft Boxes
The model lights use soft boxes –they disperse the light
and give a softer, rounder light on the subject.

11. Backdrop
Is lit with a further two strobes on full power to create a high
exposure,white background.

12. Photoshop
Photoshop was used to put all of my products together.
This software offers a range of tools to achieve the best
possible edits to photos you have used. For example the
magnetic lasso tool is used to cut out a specific part of an
image. It locks on to what you are drawing around right on
the edge so there are no loose bits of background around
the image.

13. Wordpress
Wordpress is the software used for my blog. You are able
to post your research/planning and products directly onto
your blog.
This software also allows you to create individual pages to
separate my posts into different categories.
