2. Malhar, Xavier’s Mumbai:
Malhar is considered one amongst the largest youth
festivals in India. Along with the usual performances and
competitions, you can also attend conclaves and
keynote addresses by some flawless speakers such as
Dr Shashi Tharoor, or Raghuram Rajan. Aren’t you

Mood Indigo, IIT Bombay:
3. Attending the largest college fest of Asia is itself a
dream come true for many. Mood Indigo engages
national and foreign students in more than 200 events
across 20 genres. Every year in December, a plethora of
students look forward to this exciting event. Began in
1971 as a music program, over the decades, the ‘Moodi’
has been arousing new spirits, hopes and aspirations
amongst the students. Some of the must-to-attend
programmes include EDM night, contemporary night,
theatre fest and humour fest. The large campus of IIT
Bombay has witnessed some breathtaking
performances by Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Indian Ocean,
Sonu Nigam, and Shaan. In 2016, it added another
feather to their achievements by sketching the largest
portrait of our Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
Oasis, BITS Pilani:
If you want to make it to Oasis this year, here’s good
news for you. The college management has food and
4. accommodation facility for non-collegiate students. So,
what are you waiting for? Participate in this 96-hours of
wildness, craziness, and fun. Mark the calendar and
head to BITS Pilani in October this year. Oasis is
probably the only fest that provides a platform to an
array of rappers to face-off each other in Rap Wars.
Crossroads, SRCC:
Every year, Shri Ram College for Commerce hosts a
plethora of students during Crossroads. Being the
biggest fest of Delhi University, Crossroads is one of the
most celebrated fests in the sub-continent. Join this fest
and be ready to sign-in for an experience of a lifetime.
Some of the events you might be looking forward to
including a fashion show, star night and street play.
