Abstract
With the spread of the COVID-19 virus in all countries of the
world, many countries have taken measures to besiege the virus
and prevent its spread, among which is the home quarantine
that requires the commitment of people to stay in their homes,
and a lot of results.
It may affect their mental health and in order to enhance their
mental health in order to face and manage the crisis of the
COVID -19 virus, we must confront and manage the crisis of
the COVID-19 virus. The study came to see instructions that
can help in enhancing their mental health.

With the spread of a terrible virus, COVID-19, we are subject
to domestic quarantine. In these days, everyone has a
responsibility that every person must quit himself, involuntarily
or compulsively, so that we can protect ourselves and our
families, and this from taking precaution and caution, so it
becomes very necessary, despite Because we are not
accustomed to this life, the human being is a social being, as the
term social divergence has become the way of my life we have
to get used to.
But the current situation that imposed on many countries this
stone must strengthen our mental health by changing the
behaviors that we do at home, because mental health care is
very important considering what we live in today. So that we
can be able to face the situations, problems and various life
requirements, that the exploitation of all the capabilities and
energies of the individual in the case of enjoying mental health,
may help him to overcome and confront the virus COVID-19,
mental health is one of the most important indicators of crisis
control and good management, whenever The individual is able
to manage his life crises was the greatest mental health, which

seeks to make the individual live in inner peace a sense of
comfort and psychological security, the method of dealing with
crises, the individual who does not master it lives a stage of
tension, and just as anxiety about that crisis makes him live a
black stage, the real problem is how Are we dealing with this
global epidemic? And how can we, as people, manage this
crisis that we are experiencing for the first time in our lives?
We must alleviate a lot of tension, stress and anxiety as a result
of our many fears due to what is happening, make use of the
time we save in positive thinking about what is happening and
move forward in search of inner peace that would enhance our
resistance to this virus in order to preserve our psychological
health.
Study Problem :
The Corna virus is one of our problems today, which started
from Ohana, China, and spread to all countries in the world. In
the absence of any vaccine or medicine for this virus,
prevention remains the treatment as the World Health
Organization and the various countries where this epidemic has
spread confirmed that the best solution to besiege this virus and

reduce its severity Its prevalence is the home stone of staying
at home and not going out except for the most extreme needs,
as there are many countries that imposed penalties and financial
fines for all who do not adhere to the home stone and these
penalties, which began to be applied in some countries, may
double, that the commitment of all family members to the house
and not to go out It is only for necessity and means the term
domestic stone and there is no solution today, and in light of
this crisis, except for home stone, the matter is not so easy to
isolate it from entertainment for itself or to go outside the home
either to work or to fulfill its needs and to live in the shadow of
social separation, but we must enjoy mental health is Aim for
every individual to face life's difficulties and a sense of
happiness.(Ahmed,2012).
Mental health is concerned with studying and treating social
problems that affect the growth of the individual's personality,
and it is important for society that helps to control behavior to
achieve psychological compatibility and be a good citizen. (Al-
Omari, 2012)
Hence we offer the answer to the questions, which are as

follows:
-Do we have the ability to manage the 19COVID- Corona virus
crisis?
- What are the basic guidelines that can help us in the ability to
promote mental health in light of the home quarantine?
Objectives of the study :
-Learn about the most important mechanisms that help us in
managing the COVID-19 crisis .
-Provide a set of basic guidelines that help us in the ability to
manage the crisis of the Corna virus Covid-19.
-Learn about the importance of health awareness by promoting
mental health in light of the home quarantine.
Importance Of Studying:
This study is the importance of the topic and talk of the hour
today as it is concerned with the field of mental health and its
psychological strengthening in light of the spread of Corona
virus, as well as the study came to demonstrate the importance
of scientific research to contribute to community service in
facing the spread of this virus.

Terminology of study:
It is the decision-making process under abnormal circumstances
or it is how to overcome the crisis with different scientific and
administrative tools and avoid its negatives and benefit from its
positives and at the state level, it raises the efficiency and
ability of the decision-making system at the individual and
collective levels (Al-Zubaidi, 2010)
From a procedural point of view in this study, crisis
management is the art of dealing in various procedures to
control its various behaviors to preserve its health and stay at
home in light of the domestic quarantine in light of the spread
of Corona virus.
- Psychological health:
Mental health means compatibility that aims at the cohesion
and unity of the personality, the acceptance of the individual for
the process of adapting to the environment, the individual
acceptance of himself and the acceptance of others to him so
that all of this results in his feeling of happiness and
psychological comfort (Salah Uddin, 2000)

- Mental health promotion:
The process of enhancing the value of mental health by
providing social and environmental conditions that enable the
individual to achieve optimal psychological growth, and
includes individuals' initiatives in the process of achieving
positive mental health, enhancing the quality of life and
empowerment, and preventing mental disorders, which is one
of the goals and results of the strategy to promote.(WHO
Library Cataloguing-in-Publication Data,2004).
- Corona Virus:
It is from the family of viruses that may cause disease in
animals and humans, and in humans it has caused respiratory
infections from common colds to more severe diseases such as
severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), (Covid-19, 2020).
- Corona Virus 2019 Symptoms:
They appear two to 14 days after exposure, and may include
fever, coughing, shortness of breath and other symptoms, the
most important of which are fatigue, soreness, runny nose and
sore throat. The severity of symptoms of Coronavirus 2019 is

very mild to severe. People who are older or already have
medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart and lung disease, are
more likely to develop severe disease. It occurs when other
respiratory diseases such as influenza are infected.

Corona Virus Prevention 2019 Tips:
Wash hands thoroughly from time to time with soap and water
and use any antiseptic that contains alcohol and avoid contact
with eyes, nose and mouth with unclean hands and also use
tissue paper to cover the mouth and nose with it when coughing
and sneezing, and also Avoid sharing household utensils and
after using them they should be thoroughly cleaned with hot
soapy water.

restricting activities outside the home except for going to the
health center to obtain health care and not using transportation.
And also put a muzzle when visiting the health center or the
place to go to the person. These preventive guidance, which
was confirmed by the World Health Organization, to emphasize
the seriousness of this virus that has caused all countries to go

to home quarantine in order to besiege it and reduce it,
especially in light of the rise in people infected with the virus,
which is recorded daily, which makes prevention so far is The
only way to get around this virus. (Emerging covid virus covid-
19, 2020).
The curriculum used in the study:
In order to analyze this phenomenon, a descriptive approach
has been used in view of the nature of the study to be addressed
and because it is most appropriate in such studies where is the
description of the phenomenon and its study described, and the
descriptive approach is defined as "a method of analysis based
on sufficient and accurate information on a specific
phenomenon or topic during a period Or known timelines, in
order to obtain practical results that were interpreted in an
objective manner and in line with the actual data of the
phenomenon (Obeidat et al., 1999).
Guidelines to enhance mental health in light of the
home quarantine:
By informing us about the different things that people
experience today as a result of home quarantine, especially

what relates to emptiness, which made it very important to
manage the good time and its good management, we will try to
provide a set and instructions that will enhance mental health in
light of the quarantine that we live in today. It became
obligatory and must be dealt with by being able to besiege the
virus on the one hand, in addition to that it is very important to
enhance our mental health to increase immunity.
-Acceptance of the stone we live in order to obtain inner peace
and psychological security, and accustoming the soul to that by
simplifying it is a positive behavior by the conscious and
responsible person, which is an opportunity to discover the self
and its capabilities to endure and be patient and to find
alternatives to carry out its activities according to what is
available it is a challenge for the soul to succeed, highlight and
achieve Self.
- Such crises are a lot of rumors that are fed by different parties,
whether in good or bad faith and spread like wildfire on social
media, we must avoid them, in order to increase the degree of
tension, as this affects the level of mental health for us and
negatively affects where one of our frustration factors
constitute, so from It is important to avoid it at this stage and

not to believe it.
- Managing time and utilizing it between rest and carrying out
daily activities and accomplishing a lot of outstanding work,
according to the work of each of us.
- Avoid addiction to the news about the virus transmitted by the
various channels on the one hand or social networking sites
causing a kind of anxiety and tension, so with regard to the
number of infections and cases and focuses on negative matters.
- Positive talk inside the home It is important to change the
conversation by focusing on the positive things in our lives,
which enhances our mental health and establishes it at an
acceptable level in light of the crisis we are living in. ( Herrman
Alt ,2012).
-Learn new skills and use the time to help us in the future in our
work, in our daily life, or in the development of our career path.
-To convince ourselves it is important that the virus stage is
temporary and will disappear, as it is a positive indication and a
positive motivation for the continuation of our lives.
-A healthy diet to help the immune system be prepared today
more than ever.

- It is important to help others and cooperate with them to feel
the presence on the one hand and our human value on the other
hand and enhance our psychological health today by dividing
the time between television and play and activities such as
drawing and singing.
- Venting the anger and anxiety that we live in today, as each of
us must use what he deems appropriate without harming others
to vent the anxiety and anger he feels, so it is important to
express that.
-Focusing only on information issued by the official authorities
about the virus in many sites through translated pictures or
videos, which is important to extract information from its
official sources.
- Attention to caring for the elderly and keeping them away
from such negative news, they need to talk more to reduce their
fear.
-Carrying out home aerobic exercise to divert physical energy,
which will enhance our mental health, as it eliminates anxiety
and routine.
-The cohesion of the family is very important at this stage to
enhance the positive psychological climate and the feeling that
we are not alone in facing what is happening.
- Changing clothes and choosing them with bright colors that
indicate joy is very important today as it cultivates hope for us,
and proves in us a kind of psychological comfort, so the effect
of positive change in dress helps to sense that there is a change
in the days, which gives us hope and psychological comfort.
-Avoid sleep a lot that causes us a kind of physical inactivity
and routine and may be the beginning of depression.
- Carrying out positive work and activities that are very
important and using time to develop ourselves in the field of
study. Spending a certain time in activities or home study
makes a person live a normal, familiar life to enhance our
mental health and that life has a meaning and continuity.
- Avoid giving children mobile phones because they develop
violence and a feeling of psychological frustration, creating an
uncomfortable psychological atmosphere. Doctors warn of the
rays that harm children's brains, so it is important to avoid them
at all or reduce their use.
-Avoid excessive use of social media because it is a direct cause
of depression. Reducing the pressure we live in quarantine, but
it is important to rationalize its use rationally and feeling a kind
of psychological comfort that is very important today to build

and promote mental health today.
The various of these instructions came as a result of what we
are actually living with, as a result of the inevitable home
quarantine in order to preserve our health and lives in order to
overcome this virus, and on the other hand, it is based on
enhancing our mental health on the other hand.
Study recommendations:
- Helping in the process of spreading health awareness among
all members of society, young and old, and paying more
attention to health media by intensifying its efforts and
increasing its effectiveness.
-Promote mental health through the work of awareness centers
on their importance and make proposals for people to reduce
their anxiety and stress.
-Read psychological topics and studies related to anxiety,
pressures, and fears about the Corna virus to take necessary
preventive measures
- Avoid listening to fears and rumors that are posted on social
media because it has a negative effect that increases anxiety in
people.

Conclusion:
The crisis that we face today in order to confront the virus and
prevent its spread in the absence of any treatment so far that can
treat the infected, which makes the home stone the only way for
us to protect ourselves and our families.
Finding a solution to this crisis is a commitment to the domestic
stone to save humanity from what might happen and from the
dire consequences that can occur in light of this spread and
keep that responsibility for each of us from his position. We
must enhance our mental health through the instructions that we
have provided.
This study offers at this time a contribution to the process of
scientific research and because the topic is the talk of the hour
and is the beginning of other studies, and it came to interest
people who are in the home stone in order to find mechanisms
that reduce stress and anxiety have what makes them enjoy
mental health at a certain level and Despite this difficulty, as a
result of the fears surrounding people today in the absence of
treatment on the one hand and the vaccine on the other hand.
