Upload the document and check in. Click on JPG image

Equipment master tab> enter equipment

Go to Equipment Master : IE02
Additional data tab

4. Document “RK” got assigned to Equipment.
PASS.
Added an another image in CV02n

Assigning Document to Task List:

9. Select the operation and Click on PRT
Click on document button

10. Enter details
Click ok

11. Promts an warning message – DRM doc is not a PRT. Fine
IF doc type is PRT we will not sethie warning message. Click ok
Doc ia added to operation 0010. Save

12. Assigning an PRT to Operation 0020
Click ok
Cat – type “o”
For operation – 0010 , cat type “D” document

13. Assigning DRF – PRT eng /design drawing as document

14. Go to tasklist : pump : 0010
Click on PRT
RAMA PRT s displayed. Fine.

15. Select : environment > documents > display originals
