2. INTRODUCTION
Social internship program is a program of a ladli foundation and directorate of education Delhi.
This internship program is being conducted by IAS Himanshu Gupta ji. CEO Devendra Kumar ji
and many sir’s and madam’s are also with them internship is general are great for learning. It’s
motive is to spread awareness about some viral disease like malnutrition, tuberculosis, drugs
and substanceabuse and HIV/AIDS. This program has given a golden opportunity to studentsto
participate in this program has in the month of August 2023. In this program studentshave to
make PPT,Article and report which they have to post online.They need to conduct workshopon
all topics also . An exclusive action research based social internship program has been framed
by ladli foundation for the studentsof 11th standard studing government schools, government –
aided schools, private schools of delhi. On voluntary basis all participanting studentsare alloted
some tasks to do in phases.

3. IMPORTANCE OF A BLOG POST
In this program started in the month of August.myassignment-1 on the topic
of malnutrition.we have giving more task such as :- make a ppt, conduct
workshop etc. When we complete our assignmentthen our certificate came
.first certificate providing in sample. In the month of September we started
assignment-2 which was topic tuberculosis in that also we got the task
completed in which we got to make PPT ,report , article,sologan and conduct
workshop which got to learn a lot. In the month of October came on our
assignment-3 whose topic was drugs and substance abuse ,in which we got
many task like ppt , report, article, sologanand conduct workshop we
completed the task time from which we got our certificate but this time we
have not share its our all work to our teacher coordinator submit this again
the teacher accepted than my certificate came. In the month of November
our assignment-4 was on HIV/AIDSin which we completed our assignment
like PPT, report, article, conduct workshop but this time we got HIV/AIDS
model instead of sologan and we completed the work before time before
drugs and substance abuse certificate came our HIV/AIDScertificate came.

4. KEY LEARNING 😅
I have learned a lot from the social internship program .A lot has changed
from before earlier.i used to afraid to speaking to anyone but after doing
there has been a lot of the program improvement in me more through the
internship program.

5. THE OVERALL IMPACT IN MY LIFE😃
The internship program give me exposure to me for practical learning and to
equipment the students with valuable skills and development there confidence
and experience that will benefit their future growth social internship program
the number of assignments we have everyone was going to spread awareness
like :- malnutrition, tuberculosis, drugs and substance abuse and HIV/AIDS all
these are such disease which many people are not aware of but through social
internship program we spread awareness people.we made our social video on
the value of conduct workshop and community workshop spread awareness
dur to know about this disease. This video we made and posted video in
LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram etc.

Assignment-1:-malnutrition-Themain focus of the Foundation is children who are malnourished or are in the
redzone. It was observed that that these steps have helped in strengthening the nutritive requirement of
students, facilitating proper growth, increasing their focus and reducing absenteeism.
Assignment -2Tuberculosis - Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by germs that are spread from person toperson
through the air. TB usually affects the lungs, but it can also affect other parts of the body, such asthe brain, the
kidneys, or the spine. A person with TB can die if they do not get treatment.
Assignment -3 Drug s and substanceabuse- The longer an addiction lasts, the more stress and strain it puts on
the individual and, while different substances have different effects, depression, anxiety and paranoia are among
the most common long-term results of substance abuse.
Assignment-4 HIV/AIDS-A basic understanding of HIV and AIDS can help dispel the myths, erase stigma, prevent
virus trammission, and save lives-beginning with your own. By damaging your immune system, HIV interferes
with your body's ability to fight infection and disease.

7. CHALLENGE FACED 😔
I am many challenges have been faced in the social internship program.
1. My first challenge is I don’t have a laptop in my home ,so I can complete the task
.well everything I do is done on the phone .when ever my first assignment comes
to the tab I don’t have to create PPT. that’s why YouTube helped me because in my
home no more educated people. So, I was able to make videos on YouTube and
download power point presentation app on my phone. I started having problems in
the beginning but there were I make PPT.
2. My second challenge is come up and I report making about Ms word download .so
I did it but didn’t know how to fix it. Then I started learning from YouTube and then
started preparing my report.

8. ARTICLE –EXPERIENCE IN WORKSHOP
My workshop experience was that when I did a
workshop for my first assignment in school ,so
I was very scared was no taking it away from
my mouth but I kept standing few minutes but
then I told my class about malnutrition when I
went to the second assignment conduct
workshop. It didn’t seem that bad to me . As
the confidence level improved public speaking
I also said to myself , will speak with any fear in
from of people.

9. STRENGTHS
My personal STRENGTHSdiscovered during the internshipis developingthese skills and characteristicscan enable you
to stand out to a future employer and obtainingan internship.I am describe 11 qualitiesand strengths of a good intern
and why it’s importantto develop these.

10. ACKNOWLEDGE WEAKNESS
My greatest weakness is that I sometimes focus too much on the
details of a project and spend too much time analysis the finer
points enables us to confront them head on , understand them and
work on improving them .
• Difficulty with public speaking.
• Lack of experience in leadership roles.
• Limited online presence.
• Lack of innovation.

These internship can lead to the development of teaching and mentoring
skills and create a deep sense of accomplishment. Social internship have
the power to shape a student’s career in profound ways .they after
opportunities for skills development , purpose –driven work, networking
and resume enhancement.

12. THREATS
I always had a threat that even after
completing the internship program
properly,I would not get the certificate -
1 month of work ,this threat was
avercome and it was because of my
teacher coordinatoror my hard work. It
has happened. I believe that if you do
any work with complete devotion. You
will definitely got its reward and itself.
