3. INTRODUCTION TO SOCIAL
INTERSHIP PROGRAMME
An exclusive action research based social internship program has
been framed by ladli foundation for the students of 11 th of Directorate
of education delhi on voluntary basis all participating students are
alloted some tasks to do in phases and these tasks are mainly focused
to develop leadership skills ,time management,these intership program
focus on addressing social issues, promoting change, and making
change in people’s lives .LADLI FOUNDATION is a leading grass roots
level non profit organisation known for implementing impactful &
innovative social initiatives to provide equitable health care, education
and life skills to upfil vulnerable women.

4. BLOG POST
 In social internship program I got tasks in the workshop
I discuss the topics with my parents. I reharsal to speak
infront of benefiiary and interns. Our workshop video
uploaded on YouTube channel photos on Twitter and
LinkedIn in. Gain knowledge in these tasks and after a
successful workshop . It was a proud moment for me
and i am feeling very glad after got email of my
certificate and felt very happy and confident.

5. Key learning from social intership
programme:-
 This programme helps students in learningskills likeinterpersonal skill and
makingresearch file.
 Providereal world wide experience to the interns.
 Help in brigdging the gap between academic and practice learning.
 In social internship program we leran how to mange projects.
 It also help us in developing our skillslike communication, t
teamwork, leadershipmoreover,it will increase job opportunities.
 It developour personal growth.
 Learn how to do workshop in community.
 Learn how to put views in words in community.

6. Overall impact
in our life:-
 SOCIAL INTERSHIP PROGRAMME impact on my thinking skill ,
I learn about major valuable topics which relate to aur society and
this topics give us awareness and has impact on my active listening,
empathy, conflict,and resolution I am drawn to Social internship
because they align with values and passion. Social internship provide
a unique opportunity a networking opportunities,after participating in
a social internship programme demonstrate a student commitment to
social responsibility and community involvement.

7. KEY TAKEAWAYS FROM EACH
TASKS:-
 There are many takeaway from intership programme It in first tasks
which is malnutrition, we learnt about nutrients for our body , and also
gain knowledge about the need of our body .
 In assignment second we learnt about a disease named as tuberculosis
and know what the causes , impact and effect of tuberculosis and
how can we prevent our body to tuberclosis .
 In third assignment I learnt about HIV-AIDS . It enhances my knowledge
towards hiv - AIDS and aware people about it, and also know how are
government works toward this.
 In assignment 4, I learnt about that how the today’s generation
became addicted towards drugs and substance abuse ,and know
that how to deal with it.

8. CHALLENGES FACED
DURING TASKS SUCH AS :-
These tasks are very interesting and knowledgeable but
during these tasks I faced many challenges:-
 I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE PPT.
 LACK OF MEANINGFUL WORK.
 WE CAN’T MANAGE TIME.
 MANAGING SCHOOL WIRK AT SAME TIME.
 PRECEPTION OF INCOMPETENCE.
 INFORMATION OVERLOADED.
 PARENTS WERE ALSO ASKED QUESTIONS ON DOING THIS
WORK AND SAID DON’T WASTE TIME ON THESE TASKS.

9. EXPERIENCE IN WORKSHOP AND
COMMUNITY FIELD WORK
Workshop and field work is great experience for me,but when I
did my first workshop on topic drug and substances abuse,when
I stand infront of all interns and beneficiaries my body started
trembling,I started hesitating to speak infront of everyone, my
voice started shaking, because I had no confidence,my first
workshop was not good enough and I didn’t like this. But when I
did my second workshop on topic HIV-AIDS I did better than
before, my confidence level increased a little . I was feeling very
good about myself,and this thing motivated me to move to do
even better in next task.

11. STRENGTH :-
During the intership tasks I discovered that I am strong at communication,
leadership and project management I am able to make ppt and report
using phone . I am able to manage time.
 Curiosity and eagerness to learn new thing .
 Good time management skill.
 Creative and innovative thinking
 Good communication skill and ability to work in team .
These are my strengths as on date aftercompletion of the fifth assignment
and I can continue to improve them further I have learnt better.

12. WEAKNESS:-
While during the workshop I knew that I have lack of confidence,I
am not able to speak confidently infront of interns and
beneficiaries.but i made changes in me, I started practice to speak
confidently, discuss my problem with my parents and they said me
that believe in yourself and accept that it’s okay to be wrong and
ignore negative thoughts from your mind.
So, I was able to overcome my weakness and in near future I can
find my other weakness and will work on them . This much I have
learnt from this programme.

first opportunity in that I got
chance to participate in ladli
foundation . To learn new thing
manage time skill learn about
collaboration and cooperation skill
i got opportunity to put views confidently in front of
all benefiiary and may learn about valuable things .

14. Threats:-
when I registered to social
intersship programme we were
asked to do assignment there
was a fear inside me whether
i would-be able to complete
these assignment on time or
not? One threat is that what was my parents would say about
it. Will they support me? And am I able to manage intership
and academic at same time? But with the help of my
friends,my parents, my teacher COARDINATOR and all interns
who participated in iti could manage all this.
