• Dynamo Industries which operates in various
plants in U.S.A. is facing some trouble in its
Pittsburgh plant.
• Facing extremely high production cost, work
slowdowns and excessive number of
grievances due to which the PM was
terminated.
• Company has shortlisted eight candidates for
the screening process for hiring for the role of
PM.
3. ROLE OF PM
• Responsible for operating efficiency of the
entire plant.
• He reports directly to the Vice President of
production.
• He is directly or indirectly involved in
procurement, maintenance, budgeting,
consulting, union management, negotiations,
safety regulation etc.
4. QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
• 4 year degree in business or industrial
management.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in plant
management.
• Should posses good interpersonal skills as well
as knowledge about production and
management techniques.
