Responsibilities
Staff Recruitment.
Design job description & specification as per job and department need, Create candidate pool, Review application and
conduct telephonic interview, Schedule and Conduct initial interview and shortlist candidate, Verify references, Schedule
final interview and assist department head in final interview, Assist Department head in making offer and New employee
orientation.
Payroll Processing.
Responsible for processing Monthly Payroll, performing the Pre Payroll related activities by ensuring all the incomplete
attendance transactions are completed, all the Over Time is raised correctly, apply attendance filter to ensure that the data is
tagged correctly, ensure that the employees who have worked on off days are getting paid as per the policy, verification of
Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity amount calculated by the system and Assist all department during annual
performance appraisal and evaluation.
Other H.R Activities.
• Maintain Personal file of employees,
• Coordinate Group Life and Health Insurance for all enrolments/disenrollment, process claims, verify premium
statement.
• Conduct Exit Interview.
• Perform any task assign by HR / Compliance Manager
Social Compliance.
• Assist in all Compliance Audit.
• Prepare all documents regarding compliance audit.
• Prepare Corrective Action Plans.
• To ensure workers fire safety, fire prevention, fire equipment, health & safety & comfortable environment at
work place.
• To aware the workers about personal protective equipment.
• To receive grievance, complain, demand & suggestion from the workers & after receiving the issue discuss with
related persons & local management immediately.
• Try to find out emotional problem of an employee. The problem may be work related or personal or family
which affects his/her work performance.
