Background
Prime Time Sport (www.primetimesport.com) is a sports marketing and players
management company with offices in London, Barcelona, Madrid and Sao Paulo. It
was founded in 2007 by Esteve Calzada (www.estevecalzada.com), former Chief
Marketing & Commercial Officer of FC Barcelona and author of the book “Show Me the
Money! How to make money from sports marketing”.
Areas of activity include players representation, sponsors and advertisers identification
for right holders (such as football clubs and players), strategic and sponsorship
consultancy and PR, social media and communication activities for football players.
Existing and past client base includes the likes of FIFA, UEFA, Real Madrid, FC
Barcelona and Manchester City or high profile football players such as Lionel Messi,
Sergio Agüero, Lucas Silva, Yaya Touré, John Terry and David Villa.
For its office in London, Prime Time Sport is looking for a Personal Assistant to the
CEO and project manager for a variety of activities related to company business areas.
Key responsibilities
- Support CEO in traditional PA activities such as diary management, travels
organization, coordination of the team, meetings and conference calls set-up, etc.
- Help prepare Powerpoint presentations and project proposals.
- Budget and expenses control.
- Coordinate events featuring players such as TV commercial shoots, photo sessions
and other appearances.
- Collect information for company reports, such as Transfer Review and Player Image
Rights newsletter, and CEO articles in personal blog and other media.
- Monitor different information sources looking for relevant data.
Skills and experience required
- Bilingual English-Spanish.
- Preferably female of around 30 years old (male and other ages will not be ruled out)
- Ideally has lived in the UK for at least 2 years.
- Professional experience of at least 4 years in activities such as Personal Assistant,
Journalism, Brand Manager Assistant, content production, PR or events
coordination.
- Advanced user of powerpoint and spreadsheets.
- Lively, sympathetic, energetic and well organised individual.
- University graduate.
- Overall sports knowledge and passion, with particular focus on football.
- Familiar with social media usage.
