▪ Have a clear, concise and well communicated vision
▪ All processes and systems must be aligned with your vision
▪ Buy in to your vision from all leaders is essential

2. Develop a Plan to Support Your Strategy
▪ Develop a strategy for achieving your vison
▪ Formally agree and signoff steps required to achieve

3. Create Measures to Keep You on Track
▪ Clear measurement system must be in place eg. Delivered In Full
On Time (DIFOT)
▪ Use to ensure you are outperforming your competitors
▪ Identify if you are delivering what your customers want (and if not,
why not)
