Underlined verbs eats, live, visits, rises are all in Present Simple
forms.
8. Uses of Simple Present Tense
To state universal truth
Ex. The earth revolves
around the sun.

To state scientific facts

10. STRUCTURE OF SIMPLE PRESENT
Subject + Base Form(V1)
If the subject is I, you, we, they or any plural form,
only
base form is used. I and you are exception.
For example: They eat apples daily.
11. SUBJECT ( HE, SHE, IT ) + VERB1 – S / ES / IES
If the subject is he, she or it, there is addition of ‘s’ or ‘es’ with
base
form.
For example: He eats apples daily.

We use time expressions like
always, never, generally, sometimes, everyday, usually, etc.
Ex. I always get up at 6 in the morning.
