Phone Manufacturing
Project requirements
· Aluminium of alloys
· The phone case often consists of lightweight materials
• Cobalt oxide in lithium
· • Graphite made of carbon
· Gold
· Copper
· Silver
Metal oxides, carbon-based compounds, and numerous other elements are among them. In order to create a mobile phone from its component parts and materials, raw materials must be extracted from the ground and processed. Aluminum alloys are often used to construct a smartphone's housing because of their low weight and high strength. A combination of lithium cobalt oxide and carbon graphite is used in the manufacturing process of the batteries. There is a possibility that the wiring of the phone contains gold, copper, and silver.

Having conversations with prominent members of the industry or critical stakeholders
Health and safety
Compromise the compliance norms of an organization.
Safety and health policies should be evaluated and monitored frequently to identify risks that could cost a company money in fines or other penalties.
The onus of permanently monitoring health and safety risks in the workplace and in the company's products and servicesPerformance
It is quite unlikely that the outcomes will be as desired.
Using KPIs in risk management
Create a strategy for reducing risks to protect yourself from potential hazards.
Change Management Process
The client is required to submit their permission on the design of the modification before the site engineer can send the drawing to the person in charge of the project. If there is going to be any sort of change made to the project, the customer must provide their approval on the design first. After having a conversation about the project with the owner and the project manager, the total cost of any adjustments that need to be made to the project will be added to the list of entity items. This will take place after the discussion. Each and every item list will be presented to the customer for their review and authorization prior to being sent on to the project manager for the purpose of receiving final confirmation. After receiving consent from the client, the Site engineer will make any necessary modifications to the system.
