3. Make sure everyone knows what the
meeting is about
■ If you let everyone involve know beforehand what the meeting is about, the will all
have in mind the purpose of the meeting, therefore they will be focused and prepared
on what the meeting is trying to achieved.
4. Have a relaxed
environment
■ Everyone has to feel safe
enough in order to be able to
contribute to the meeting.
■ Everyone has to be able to
see each other, and know
each other in order to be able
to have a productive
meeting.
■ Having a mediator also helps,
so everyone stays on track
and to avoid arguments.
5. No hogging
■ Everyone has to be able to actively participle, but if there should be anyone who has
talk a little bit to much all the others are entitled to cut them off respectfully.
6. Start on time
■ Time is of the essence on a business
meeting, don’t get deterred. Finish and star
punctually.
