To keep eye on Landed Cost, Dealer Net Price, Maximum Retail Price, $ Price & €
price.
Assistance to manager (Parts) to generate monthly profit analysis report.
Data export from Oracle & Sap for stock update of spare parts & price data
maintenance.
2. Dealers Stock Order entry in oracle & prepare list of back order items for back
ordering. Process UDO (Unit down Order) for faster delivery to dealers, check dealer
payment status, road permit requirement for material dispatch to permit states.
3. Prepare Monthly Sales report/ Payment Outstanding for Wheel machine model.
Prepare quotation/ Performa invoice of spare parts for customers like Govt institutes /
Universities etc
Packaging & Dispatching of materials, sticker printing from Oracle & FoxPro & Sap.
Prepare move order in SAP for drawing materials from Main Stores to Parts Stores
Price list update to include Parts Catalogue data like parts group no. / figure ref.
