Responsibilities:
Give warm greetings as soon as the guests are escortedto their seats. Address
guests according to their needs and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Checking customers' identification in order to ensure that they meet minimum age
requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages.
2. Present menus and then advice guests for special offers and specials of the day
menus, making recommendations upon request.
Checking with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action
to correct any problems.
Perform guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages to the
customers promptly and following the standards set by the restaurant.
Update the customers about the status of their orders so as not to keep them
guessing when the food will be done.
Serve the food carefully as soon as the kitchen staff finishes. Constantly check on
the customers to find out what other food or service they might need.
Serve additional condiments if the customers require so. Refill customers drinks,
especially drinking water as you see them half empty or as the customers require.
Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and taking them to kitchen for
cleaning,
Close out of guest bill and payment processing.
