HOW DO WE EVALUATE CONTENT
MAJOR UPDATES
Constitutes changes that include
significant module, layout, design, course
subject updates, course outline changes
and/or new CBT functionality.
MINOR UPDATES
Constitutes changes to resolve bugs that
may include, navigation, course notes,
cosmetic, quiz questions, player and/or
SCORM/AICC tracking updates.

WHEN DO UPDATES OCCUR?
EVALUATION RESULT DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER NOTIFIED
Major update
A major update is required in which a project plan
to update the course is put in place. Course
updates can take on average 2-3 months.
• July

Minor update
A minor update is required in which a project plan
is put together. Course updates can take on
average 1 month to complete.
• July
• December
• Emergency update,
customer notified to
update immediately
Export Report Course is deemed current and relevant N/A

Enterprise customers who are on our All Courses plan, will be eligible to also receive new
courses that are released - at no additional cost.

the hosted environment as per the
notification schedule.
LMS EXPORT CUSTOMERS
We will notify, and the decision to
upgrade is optional for customers who
host our courses in their own LMS.

Our customers rely on us to keep content up to date and relevant to their teams. This is how we perform our course updates.

All rights reserved. 2 Our evaluation of content is based on a combination of customer feedback, security consulting expertise, changing industry best practices and our research methodology. Updates are put into major and minor update types. HOW DO WE EVALUATE CONTENT MAJOR UPDATES Constitutes changes that include significant module, layout, design, course subject updates, course outline changes and/or new CBT functionality. MINOR UPDATES Constitutes changes to resolve bugs that may include, navigation, course notes, cosmetic, quiz questions, player and/or SCORM/AICC tracking updates.

EVALUATION RESULT DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER NOTIFIED Major update A major update is required in which a project plan to update the course is put in place. Course updates can take on average 2-3 months. • July • December Minor update A minor update is required in which a project plan is put together. Course updates can take on average 1 month to complete. • July • December • Emergency update, customer notified to update immediately Export Report Course is deemed current and relevant N/A

Enterprise customers who are on our All Courses plan, will be eligible to also receive new courses that are released - at no additional cost. PUSHING UPDATES HOSTED SAAS CUSTOMERS Changes are immediately pushed out to the hosted environment as per the notification schedule. LMS EXPORT CUSTOMERS We will notify, and the decision to upgrade is optional for customers who host our courses in their own LMS.
