A BOM is a list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies,
intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts, and the
quantities of each needed to manufacture a finished product.

Product structure is a hierarchy of product parent-child
relationships. Usually a tree or graph representation of
relationships between parts and assemblies representing
product itself.
What will we consider in this webinar
We will be setting aside the Wiki & formal definitions for now and asking this
question…. Will a consumer of your BOM deliver the correct product and what
level of completeness is required to do so?

CFG property

- Review Skateboard Catalog and SB-CFG property
- Add SB-CFG for the 100-TH Deck
- Update the Skateboard BOM
- In the BOM, add the additional items needed for the -TH
- Create a BOM View for the S100 and S100-TH
- View the BOM as the S100 - no changes
- View the BOM as the S100-TH - is it complete?
- Change the cost of the -TH wheel in the Catalog
- Observe the change in the S100-TH view and not the S100
- Add shipping box to Catalog that will show in BOTH BOMs
- Go to Flatten
- Export PDF with filter on
